I feel compelled to let you know that Jacob was excellent in court, yesterday, representing SHL and presenting our position and arguments to the court.  Facing 5 other lawyers, who were opposing us, he dealt with their distractions and misstatements and maintained the path, presenting our case in a clean and clear manner. While we know that any outcome from any court is unpredictable, I believe our arguments for our positions were laid out logically, giving the judge a strong position to consider.
